- Payments utilized for running campaigns, completed work, or partially delivered services are non-refundable as these cover operational costs.
- Refunds will be issued directly to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

You may qualify for a refund under the following conditions:
Full Refunds:
- If you request a refund before your campaign status changes to "Active."
- If your campaign is rejected by Google Ads due to non-compliance with their policies (e.g., political content or other prohibited categories).
- For branding services (e.g., logo, banner, SEO, or thumbnail creation), if work has not yet commenced.
Partial Refunds:
- If work has partially begun (e.g., initial ad setup or creation of branding assets), a partial refund may be issued based on the portion of the service completed.
- Active campaigns may qualify for a refund of remaining, unused funds not yet delivered as results.
3. Specific Scenarios for Refunds
Canceled Campaigns:
If a campaign cannot run due to issues like disapproval by Google Ads or content violations, we will issue a refund. Clients who order but later decide to cancel must notify us within 6 hours of placing the order to be eligible for a full refund.
Result-Based Adjustments:
If a campaign has already run partially and results (e.g., impressions or views) have been delivered, the client will receive a refund minus the cost for the work completed.
Branding Services:
For logo creation, banners, SEO, or other deliverables, if the client wants to cancel the order after partial work has been delivered, a proportional refund will be processed.

- We strive to make the refund process smooth and efficient:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
- For payments made via Fiverr, refunds will follow Fiverr’s platform-specific policies, where canceled orders automatically trigger refunds.

Promotional Credits:
Bonus funds or promotional credits (if applicable) are non-refundable and excluded from refunds.
