Subject Matter of the Agreement

What We Offer

• On The Advertising Lab, we offer to promote your YouTube videos directly on YouTube through YouTube Ads powered by (Google Ads). Our focus is on marketing your videos to an interested audience, ensuring the highest quality views using the most authentic method—YouTube Ads.

Terms for the Provision of Advertising Services

User Responsibilities

• Content Responsibility: Users must ensure that the content they submit for promotion complies with all applicable policies and guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse service if the content violates any policies.
• Order Accuracy: It is the user's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
• Adherence to Policies: Users must adhere to all guidelines and policies outlined by TheAdvertisingLab.com and applicable third parties, such as Google Ads policies.

• Not submit content that infringes on third-party rights or is inappropriate (e.g., sexually explicit, hateful, violent, etc.).
• Not use offensive screen names or engage in deceptive or unlawful activities.

Price of Services and Payment Method

• The price is determined based on the number of views and targeting options.
• Services are provided after full prepayment via PayPal or credit/debit cards.
• Services are considered paid for once full payment is received.

Acceptance, Amendments, and Termination

• This agreement is effective upon posting on The Advertising Lab and remains in effect until revoked.
• We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the agreement at any time.
• Continued use after amendments constitutes acceptance.
• Termination can occur upon notice or by mutual consent.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration shall be limited to individual disputes.

Final Provisions

• Advertisers cannot transfer rights under this agreement.
• Invalid provisions do not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
